Position Overview
Join our team as a Retail Store Associate, responsible for ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key duties include restocking shelves, slicing deli meats, receiving products, assisting customers, and processing transactions. Maintaining a clean, inviting environment and following food safety and sanitation protocols are essential.
Additional responsibilities involve minimizing shrinkage, properly maintaining equipment, and collaborating across departments during promotions or busy periods.
Possible roles include cashier, deli clerk, produce clerk, bakery clerk, grocery clerk, dairy/frozen clerk, and utility clerk.
Requirements include strong attention to detail, courteous customer interactions, physical ability to handle loads up to 80 lb, and operate various food preparation and store equipment. Prior retail experience is preferred.
