Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking bakery products to support store operations and contribute to financial goals. The role emphasizes ensuring a positive guest experience while adhering to safety and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce bakery items according to production plans
- Package, label, and merchandise bakery products following company guidelines
- Stock backroom with fresh products, rotating and dating cases
- Notify management of supply needs
- Collaborate with other departments to support store growth
- Follow safety, food safety, and guest experience protocols
- Perform additional tasks as assigned, including tasks in other departments based on customer needs
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
