Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to support store operations and meet financial goals. It emphasizes maintaining safety, food safety, and guest experience standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to production plans
- Package, label, and merchandise products per plan and merchandising expectations
- Stock backroom with rotated and dated products
- Collaborate with other departments and notify managers of supply needs
- Follow safety, food safety, cleaning, and guest experience guidelines
- Assist in tasks across departments as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of retail or related experience preferred
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret documents
