Role Overview: This position involves independently displaying and stocking products, ensuring a positive guest experience, and adhering to safety and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing merchandise in the back room.
- Properly stock, rotate, and merchandise shelves and displays on the sales floor.
- Notify management when product supplies need replenishing.
- Maintain knowledge of products and their locations within the store.
- Handle spoiled or damaged products according to established guidelines.
- Keep departments clean, attractive, and well-stocked.
- Follow PPE, safety, food safety, and cleanliness protocols.
- Follow guest experience guidelines and assist in tasks across departments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Retail or related experience is a plus.
- Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending, stooping, and twisting.
