Role Overview: The Project Leader II drives new product development within a high-tech business focused on energy-efficient solutions. This onsite position involves leading cross-functional global teams to innovate, develop, and commercialize advanced components, systems, and solutions that enhance performance and energy savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, resources, schedules, budgets, and specifications.
- Lead stakeholder collaboration to ensure compliance with project management processes from conception to post-launch.
- Create and oversee work breakdown structures and master schedules to meet market requirements.
- Drive innovation aligned with customer and business needs.
- Conduct project reviews with senior leadership and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in product development, preferably with motors, drives, or controls.
- Experience managing technical projects through the product lifecycle and stage gate processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Preferred certifications include PMP and Six Sigma Green Belt.
Additional Requirements: Domestic and international travel may be required; fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus.
