Role: An Information Warfare Solutions Developer is responsible for advancing SIGINT, Electronic Warfare, Cyber Operations, and IW solutions to support national defense objectives.
- Key Duties: Serve as a technical advisor and engineer for IW research, evaluate and define integration pathways for advanced IW technologies, and develop prototype capabilities using techniques like coding, automation, AI, and machine learning.
- Conduct analyses to identify operational shortfalls, develop targeted technical solutions, and present data-driven recommendations.
- Assess project proposals for feasibility, support capability gap bridging, and act as a liaison between stakeholders to synchronize development efforts.
- Implement risk management processes to mitigate technical and operational risks.
Qualifications & Skills: A master’s degree in relevant fields with extensive experience in SIGINT, EW, or Cyber Operations, or equivalent experience with a bachelor’s degree. Proven expertise in software development, data pipelines, systems integration, AI/ML, and applied engineering. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred: Experience with signals analysis, DoD experimentation, Navy/Marine Corps systems, and leading interdisciplinary teams. Prior military service or operational support is advantageous.
Clearance & Physical Requirements: Must have an active TS/SCI clearance, be able to obtain a CI polygraph, and support field exercises, including physical activities and travel.
