We are seeking a Production Associate responsible for assembling products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, and cutting.
You’ll follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and ensure smooth production flow.
Partnering with supervisors, you’ll quickly resolve mechanical or material challenges and have opportunities for cross-training in multiple departments to add variety and increase earnings.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and strong communication skills.
Key duties involve maintaining safety, working efficiently in a clean, temperature-controlled environment, and adapting to different shifts.
