Role Overview:
This position leads daily department operations in a retail store, ensuring staff training, staffing, and adherence to company standards to meet goals and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory, ordering, and product quality control.
Supervise team tasks including stocking, production, and product rotation.
Maintain knowledge of products and store promotions.
Execute work schedules, labor control, and payroll management.
Develop and monitor department goals, forecasts, and performance plans.
Ensure food safety, safety guidelines, and store cleanliness.
Lead staffing, training, performance management, and associate development.
Participate in meetings and communicate objectives effectively.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
Supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Leadership ability and hands-on management skills.
Knowledge of retail operations, management systems, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Spanish communication skills are desirable based on location.
Physical Requirements:
