Role Overview

We seek a highly organized Técnico Contable to manage daily financial operations and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable/receivable, managing payroll, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The role acts as a bridge between operations and leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights to support growth.

Key Duties

  • Financial Operations: Handle AP/AR, vendor management, invoicing, collections, and expense reconciliation.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Ensure accurate processing of payroll, benefits, and tax withholdings.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Process Improvement: Optimize workflows and implement software upgrades for efficiency.
  • Compliance & Audit: Support audits and ensure adherence to GAAP or local standards.
  • Internal Oversight: Monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain accurate ledger coding.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in financial administration in the USA or Spanish market, preferably in a senior role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Sage) and payroll platforms (ADP, Gusto).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly.
