Responsibilities include supervising support staff, coordinating registration and transportation, training front desk personnel, and managing guest interactions such as check-in/out, reservations, and guest orientation.
They ensure world-class service, handle guest mail and deliveries, oversee safety procedures, and maintain inventory and supplies.
Additional duties involve designing staff training programs, managing safe deposit boxes, and collaborating with departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
Qualified candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with computers.
Experience in hospitality or guest services, leadership ability, and fluency in English are preferred.
