We are seeking an Equipment Engineer to oversee advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership & Reliability: Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade equipment; improve uptime and performance; perform root cause analysis; monitor equipment health; collaborate with vendors.
- Engineering & Manufacturing Support: Respond to equipment issues; support process improvements; coordinate maintenance and upgrades; facilitate equipment evaluations and projects.
- Data Analytics & AI Applications: Collect and analyze performance data; create automated reports and dashboards; apply AI tools for troubleshooting and predictive maintenance; develop automation solutions.
- Documentation & Training: Develop maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and training materials; train technicians; document activities and lessons learned.
Qualifications include: A technical degree or equivalent experience; troubleshooting skills; knowledge of electrical, mechanical, optical, RF, and automation systems; experience with problem-solving methodologies; project management abilities; strong communication skills; and a high level of motivation and ownership.
Preferred skills: 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing; experience with AI tools, automation, programming languages, and analytical tools; familiarity with manufacturing equipment, laser, optical, vacuum, RF systems, and drafting software.
