Role Overview: Responsible for responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting various building systems.
Key Duties: Conduct visual inspections, operate shut-off valves, maintain inventory, and communicate issues across shifts.
Display proficiency in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, or related skills, with basic knowledge of pipe repair, equipment troubleshooting, and system programming.
Assist with surface preparation, minor repairs, painting, and equipment replacement.
Follow safety protocols, use tools safely, and maintain professional appearance.
Support guest service by addressing needs, supporting team goals, and maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or G.E.D., vocational training, 2+ years in maintenance, valid driver’s license, and CFC certification.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work with tools, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Basic computer skills for maintenance systems.
