Role Overview: This position involves preparing, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products independently to support store operations and contribute to financial performance. It also ensures adherence to safety, food safety, and guest experience standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to production plans
- Package, label, and merchandise products following planograms
- Stock backroom with fresh, rotated, and dated products
- Collaborate with team members and notify managers about supply needs
- Follow safety, food safety, PPE, and cleanliness protocols
- Support guest experience guidelines and perform tasks in other departments as needed
- Additional duties may be assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred
- At least one year of retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and environments. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
