Role Overview: This position involves independently displaying and stocking products to support store operations, ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, and guest experience standards. The role contributes to the store’s financial interests by maintaining well-stocked, clean, and attractive departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise.
- Properly fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays.
- Notify management of product and supply needs.
- Maintain familiarity with products and their locations.
- Handle spoiled/damaged products according to guidelines.
- Keep departments clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Follow safety, food safety, PPE, and guest experience guidelines.
- Perform tasks in other departments as needed based on customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Retail or related experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending, stooping, and twisting. The environment involves varied temperatures and moderate noise levels.
